Quantum Sails: From Traffic Slump to Strategic Clarity

Challenge:
Quantum Sails knew their site wasn’t pulling its weight—but the "why" was murky. Traffic was down, conversions were underwhelming, and the site was attracting the wrong crowd: curious browsers instead of serious buyers.

What I Did:
I kicked things off with a deep-dive analytics and SEO audit. The data painted a clear picture:

  • Organic traffic was mostly low-intent (hello, sailing trivia browsers).

  • Conversion rates were below industry benchmarks—less than 1% of visitors were filling out RFQ forms.

  • Technical issues were dragging the site’s performance down.

From there, we built an SEO strategy rooted in buyer intent. We mapped content to each phase of the funnel, pruned underperforming pages, optimized navigation, and reworked site structure based on semantic keyword clusters. We also tackled technical SEO to improve site speed and health—jumping from 0% to 86% "good" URLs in just a few monthsQuantum - Project Overv….

Outcomes:

  • +86% page health score via Core Web Vitals improvements

  • Projected revenue growth of $100K–$500K/year from targeted SEO refinements

  • Improved MQL rate and RFQ usability through intent-driven content and streamlined UX

  • Keyword strategy now targets transactional searchers—people looking to buy sails, not read about themQuantum - Project Overv….

Why It Matters:
This wasn’t just a traffic fix. It was a business shift—from passive marketing to a proactive, scalable growth engine. The SEO work now aligns with their sales funnel, making their website a revenue driver instead of a brochure.
